Empire Wrestling Academy is open to any athlete who wants to get
better at wrestling!  We have watched as novice students
develop into nationally ranked-wrestlers.  ZERO experience is
required.  This program has allowed wrestlers to achieve at
the highest levels, come in today to check out what we have to
offer today, the first week is free!

At Empire Wrestling Academy, our goal is to use wrestling as a
vehicle to promote a healthy lifestyle. Wrestling provides young
athletes with mental tools to approach life in a positive “can do”
manner. Obstacles are looked at as challenges by wrestlers, not
problems. Excuses are not part of our culture.
We do not measure success with medals or trophies. We believe
that an individual is successful when he or she continually commits
to close the gap between their performance and their potential and
when he or she understands that such a commitment represents a way
of life, not merely a means to an end.
Empire Wrestling Academy provides the tools that
student-athletes need in order to undertake such commitments.

The Jr. Titan Program is appropriate for grades K-6th. If your child is under 90 lbs or under the age of 5 please call us before signing your athlete up for the trial program. 
Join our Elite Staff and learn from former Division 1 wrestlers. Your young ones will learn to have fun and focus on development. We are firm believers that, at this level, competition is a supplement to learning, not a priority
