including personal training! We keep things exciting with an always
evolving line-up of classes, including: Zumba, Fit camp, HIIT,

Kadilak Fitness

Check out any of the classes offered on our schedule. 4 classes are offered in this plan. Sign up for classes on the schedule to hold your spot. 
Space is limited and consistent workout sessions are encouraged. 
There is a 4-month expiration date on this plan encouraging participants to use their sessions. It is important to cancel a class 12 hours prior to the session otherwise your pass will be used, as well as a $5 fee may be applied, Space is limited and it is a huge priority to fill classes to capacity. We feel that everyone needs a regular workout and no seat should be empty. 

NEW START- 4 CLASS PASS

Set a goal, attend three workouts per week. Choose from any class on the schedule.  

Winter Challenge (12 class membership)

Choose from any of the 15 class options offered on the schedule. The schedule offers a well-rounded selection (strength, cardio, stretch) to create a great workout regimen. Chat with a trainer to discuss the best schedule for you.

UNLIMITED- Dance, Move, Ride!

Kick off your Sunday with a high-energy sculpt and strength training led by Kadilak Fitness against the beautiful backdrop of Gervasi Vineyard. This 45-minute class is designed to empower women of all fitness levels with circuits that tone, challenge, and energize- followed by a relaxing social sip hour! Stop by the Still House immediately following for coffee, mocktails, or mimosas!

Sip & Sculpt Sundays at Gervasi Vineyard

Wedding party celebrates (Desirae & Robert) with a fun, high energy 45 minute ride followed by mimosas and appetizers.
