I joined BGF two months ago and really look forward to the workouts. Diane and staff provide accommodations and assistance for each and every exercise. You have a personal trainer watching and working beside you every step of the way, guiding, adjusting, and motivating you to succeed! Besides the staff, amazing women of various ages are with you, encouraging and creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. There’s nothing like being with other women who have similar goals to support you where you are in your journey, inspire you to work harder, and motivate you to return! It’s an empowering, life-changing, and special place to be! The personal support I’ve gotten is more than what I anticipated. I’m glad I took a leap of faith to give BGF a shot - it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Highly recommended!
