Combust focuses on sculpting and shaping your body through strength training while burning lots of fat! The workout starts out with a great warm up to prep your body for the workout. Then you will complete 4 strength stations with no rest in between and complete the round with a 30 sec “finisher” to really blast the fat and create that metabolic disturbance to keep you burning calories even after your workout is done! You get a 1 minute rest and complete 3 more rounds. This workout can be modified to meet your fitness level! A trainer is with you every step of the way!
Wear clean, dry shoes on the workout floor. Bring water (or we sell it for $1). If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours prior to the start of the workout to avoid a $10 late cancel or no show fee.
