Get ready to sweat, move, and push your limits in this high-energy, full-body workout! Total Body Blast combines cardio, strength, and endurance training in a variety of formats—sometimes bootcamp-style, sometimes circuit—but always challenging and never boring. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, wall balls, and whatever else we can find around the gym, this class is designed to help you become a fitter, stronger, and more powerful version of yourself. Each 60-minute session includes a proper warm-up and cool-down with light stretching, so you leave feeling accomplished and ready to come back for more. All fitness levels welcome—come as you are, and level up from there!
