About the Class

MP MET-CON Circuit is a the circuit version of our MET-CON class. Participants will rotate around the room through a variety of exercises equipment including Battle Ropes, Sleds, Rowers, Ski-Erg, Escape Decks, Sliders, Jump Ropes, and more. Metabolic Conditioning, AKA Met-Con, is a method of training that involves elevating the heartrate with a high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximize calories burned after your workout.
