Every private party at Island Beats includes a high-energy, fun-filled experience designed to celebrate your special occasion uniquely and memorably. Each booking includes: Private studio rental, offering exclusive use of our 1000 sq. ft. space. Space is available for cake-cutting, snacks, and light refreshments to keep the celebration going. A custom music playlist tailored to your preferred songs and vibe. A dedicated instructor/host will guide the group through an engaging dance session. A celebratory toast with non-alcoholic refreshments to mark the occasion.
Special Instructions
Private Dance and Fitness Classes For private dance and fitness events/classes, including one-on-one sessions and small group bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the session. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the session are nonrefundable, but based on availability, a one-time rescheduling may be allowed. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no rescheduling will be permitted.
