Enjoy the blending of creative sequencing, a moderate-fast flow, and intense holds in our signature power vinyasa class. While challenging, this class is intended to be for a variety of fitness and experience levels and all who attend will feel successful. Beginners may do well to start with our mindful and/or gentle flows to feel more comfortable with movements. Heat is set to room temperature but you will sweat - consider this a yoga class mixed with some strength training and a private personal coach to empower you to push yourself, rev up your energy and feel incredible when you finish.
