About the Class

Pilates & Pup is Julie Wilkes signature format of mat pilates with the help of her fitness assistant, Charlie Wilkes (a mini dachshund). Charlie loves people and while he isn't much of a core expert, he will bring some healing to you in the form of laughter and smiles. Get ready for a total core workout using pilates principles, partnered with Julie's motivational line of coaching and a friendly dachshund cheering you on. Sounds pretty perfect to us.
