Group Strength

About the Class

This small group session focuses on strength and form. You can expect to work with kettlebells, dumbells, barbells and bodyweight. We keep the class small so that we can do our best to help everyone with their form and not leave anyone behind and really pride ourselves on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive space. This class might be right for you if you have some experience with exercise, would like to learn more about strength training and prefer to workout next to others. 

Special Instructions

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to get parked and situated. You can park in front of the building, beside the building, or down the street by the grassy median. Dress in active clothes and shoes (although we generally workout barefoot, we do require shoes for certain activities on certain days). You may also want to bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
