30 Minute Beat-Driven Cycling Class A high-energy indoor cycling experience set in a dark, party-lit studio. Each song is paired with intentional cycling drills designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence. All fitness levels welcome with modifications offered. Expect sweat, motivation, community, and FUN.
Wear cofortable clothing and sneakers. If it is wet out, please bring shoes to change into for your workout, in addition to the street shoes your wearing TO class. If you have Cycling shoes, we use SPD cleats. Bring a water, and a sweat towel if you would like.
