Small Group Personal Training includes an hour of a predesigned workout for a small group of clients administered by a certified personal trainer. Group Training is all about technique, fundamentals and form. In this class, you will establish a foundation of strength, general conditioning and balance. As you progress from week to week, your personal trainer will introduce new exercises and increase the intensity of the workouts to challenge you. Small Group Training is designed to give you all of the benefits that come with personal training … but at a fraction of the cost! In a group setting you will make new friends who are also on the path to changing their bodies and lives.
