Yikes!! We can do this together! Be prepared for a series of planks, push-ups, mobility, balancing, hip stabilization, and a little upper and lower body training. I like using a BOSU or physioball and gliding discs often for this workout. Core is an effective, low-impact, high-intensity workout every time we are together. Workouts are 30 or 45 minutes. Equipment: BOSU, physioball, gliding discs, body bar, dumbbells, kettlebell, loop band, resistance tubes with handles. You can always modify equipment.
Wednesday class we will always use a BOSU trainer. If you are new to core training, anything we do with a BOSU, you can do without.
