About the Class

It’s the best BARN workout! We all need to strength train, so let's do it together. Constant variety is the name of the game. Upper body, lower body, mobility and a little core strength all mixed up! Heavy dumbbells, light dumbbells, high reps, low reps, body bars, tubes, bands, kettlebells, and gliding discs. It’s never the same workout twice.  I’ll choose a few pieces of equipment and create the workout. Workouts are 30 or 45 minutes.     Equipment:  Dumbbells, body bar, kettlebells, resistance tubes with handles, loop bands, gliding discs, bench (or step aerobics bench)
