I purchased my Curves Franchise in 2011. After working at Curves for 8 years I knew that someday I wanted to own my own franchise. I loved everything about Curves but most of all the community of women all with one goal in mind, Health; Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, and Healthy Communities. The moment I knew this was right for me was when looking back at my employment with Curves I never once woke up and said  “ugh, I don’t want to go to work”. 8 years and everyday was as meaningful as the day before.  When I walk into my club I am inspired by the women in our community that are living life to the fullest. I am so proud to be able to help them live their best life by being active, strong, and happy. I enjoy seeing our members lives improve by having more confidence, having a community, and having a better outlook on their health.  Aging is something that every person on the planet will go through. Seeing a difference in those that actively workout at Curves and those that don’t, makes a huge impression. One of my passions as a local Curves owner is educating the women in our community on the benefits of strength training at Curves. There is so much to learn when it comes to exercise, nutrition, and overall health. Being a leader in the fitness industry is very empowering, knowing that our program is the most researched program with scientific backing and continual improvement speaks a lot for our brand and the trust our clients have.
