About the Appointment

What's included (please read all of the following): Resting Metabolic Rate Test - For assessment of metabolism and caloric requirements This test requires you to wear a rubber mask and headstrap for approximately 15 minutes. Please know your height and weight before arrival. Avoid coffee/stimulants, exercise and food for at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. No physical reports will be given. Reports sent within 1 week of scan. You may share results with other health professionals or use for later reference. PLEASE NOTE - without the purchase of a consultation there will be no individual breakdown during or after the appointment. General video report breakdown links will be shared with your report via email. This video is also available to reference on our website in advance of purchase. This is not customized to your results. It is a video describing each data point using an example report.
