About the Appointment
What's included (please read all of the following): Total Body composition analysis + 3-Site Specific DEXA Scan for bone health screening. Total Body + Dual Femur + Lumbar *The weight limit is 350lbs The duration of the DEXA scan will be quick, but setting up and positioning will take a few minutes. No physical reports will be given. Reports generated, analyzed and sent within 1 week. Official weight will be assessed via DEXA scan during appointment. No height or other measurement will be taken. They do not impact the result of the DEXA scan. PLEASE NOTE - there will be no individual breakdown during or after the appointment. General video report breakdown link will be shared with your report via email. This video is also available to reference on our website in advance of purchase. This is not customized to your results. It is a video describing each data point using an example report. Payment & Refund Policy (Wellness) Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking appointments. We accept secure online payments to confirm your reservation. Cancellation & No Show: No show appointments are considered forfeited and non-refundable. A $30 fee will be assessed for any missed appointments. Cancellations made within the same day as the appointment are subject to a $30 rescheduling fee. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or same-day cancellations. In case of unavoidable circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of management. Please ensure to arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Any changes to your appointment should be made with adequate notice to avoid fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
