About the Appointment
What's included (please read all of the following): DEXA Scan - for body composition analysis* *This is not for diagnosing osteoporosis or other bone health concerns. For further questions and clarity, please reach out to discuss. Site specific tests are also available for osteoporosis screening. *The weight limit is 350lbs The duration of the DEXA scan will be between 7-12 minutes. No physical reports will be given. Reports sent within 1 week of scan. This report is for information only and is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. It does not establish care with APEX. Please review these results with your healthcare provider. Official weight will be assessed via DEXA scan during appointment. No height or other measurement will be taken. They do not impact the result of the DEXA scan. PLEASE NOTE - there will be no individual breakdown during or after the appointment. General video report breakdown link will be shared with your report via email. This video is also available to reference on our website in advance of purchase. This is not customized to your results. It is a video describing each data point using an example report. Payment & Refund Policy (Wellness) Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking appointments. We accept secure online payments to confirm your reservation. Cancellation & No Show: No show appointments are considered forfeited and non-refundable. A $30 fee will be assessed for any missed appointments. Cancellations made within the same day as the appointment are subject to a $30 rescheduling fee. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or same-day cancellations. In case of unavoidable circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of management. Please ensure to arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Any changes to your appointment should be made with adequate notice to avoid fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
