What's included (please read all of the following): VO2 Max Test - For assessment of cardiovascular efficiency and longevity. Determine heart rate zones. This test requires you to wear a rubber mask and headstrap for approximately 15 minutes. Wear clothes and shoes you would exercise in. You will perform the test on a treadmill, working your effort from a walk to a jog to a run. The test lasts about 12 minutes on average, with running being 6 or so minutes of total time. Please know your height and weight before arrival. Avoid coffee/stimulants, exercise and food for at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. No physical reports will be given. Reports uploaded to drop box folder within 48 business hours. You may share results with other health professionals or use for later reference. PLEASE NOTE - without the purchase of a consultation there will be no individual breakdown during or after the appointment.
