About the Class

Meeting at 6pm at Apex PWR rain or shine, running by 6:10pm. In the event of extreme weather, we will post on social media about cancellations. 11105 SW Greenburg Rd., Tigard All abilities are welcome! There are multiple pace options (10:00, 9:00, 8:00 typically).
