HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE (Ages 14–18) Performance-Driven Training for Sport This class is designed for high school athletes looking to elevate their sport performance through intentional and progressive strength training. Athletes will engage in structured strength and power development protocols using barbells, free weights, and plyometrics, while learning proper technique, movement efficiency, and recovery strategies. Programming focuses on developing total-body strength, linear and multi-directional speed, and improving resiliency to reduce injury risk. Primary Emphases: Advanced resistance training and progressive overload Speed, agility, and explosive power development Energy system development and sport-specific conditioning Injury mitigation through corrective and mobility work Mental discipline and accountability in training
