TITANS (Grades 3–5) Foundational Athletic Development The Titans class introduces young athletes to structured athletic training in a high-energy and engaging environment. Athletes in this group will develop fundamental motor skills through agility-based games, reaction drills, and movement variability. This class emphasizes body awareness, coordination, and safe mechanics using beginner-friendly tools like light dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. Our goal is to create a fun and positive environment where athletes begin to build a foundation of athleticism that will benefit them across all sports and physical activities.
