All classes being held will be done so by an instructor that has a wide range of training and competition. We are always focused on providing students with the tools to defend themselves first, then we can learn the sport. If you're looking to get in shape, learn self defense, or compete, we'll work with you to achieve your goals. Class will consist of a 10 to 20 min warm up followed by 30-45 min of instruction then sparing and drills to follow. All skill levels are welcome.
No shoes in training facilty. Bring sandals. Always be clean and have clean gear, also be sure to clip your nails. BJJ-- Clean Gi, under shirt recommended
