About the Class

Our Yoga Fusion class is your perfect opportunity to flow, flex, and relax! This class combines Hatha, Yin & Restorative yoga styles. This class is great for beginners and all levels! Hatha is a slower practice where focus is on form and holding poses for longer than flow or Vinyasa. Yin focuses on holding stretching poses for 3 to 5 minutes which helps increase flexibility. Restorative yoga helps with relaxation and stress relief by calming the mind and body. You’ll be guided by yoga instructor Chris Woltman. Chris has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has never met a yoga style she did not like. She believes anyone can benefit from yoga at any point in their life or physical state. Starting slow and learning proper form are important. Chris has a healthcare background and enjoys helping others incorporate yoga into their daily lives.
