Each 45-minute session is limited to just 5 people, so you’re not just going through the motions—you’re being coached. You’ll get feedback on your form, along with guidance on progressions and modifications based on where you are. This is a great way to build strength, improve balance, and feel more confident in your workouts—while being part of a welcoming, like-minded community. *All 5 sessions must be used within 3 weeks of your first visit.
