Since transitioning from the training of my high school and college athletic career, I’ve learned how important it is to find workouts that keep my body moving, challenge me, and maintain my overall health. I’m very grateful to have found Tonified, where I can join a variety of challenging workouts that help me stay healthy while working out alongside a group of amazing people! As a former figure skater, I find core strength, posture, and flexibility very important. In the past, I’ve had the opportunity to teach children how to figure skate in both a group and private setting. I’m so excited to bring my passion for health and helping to the Tonified community!
