Please call (717)972-0322 to schedule a movement screen prior to signing up for this session, as you will not be permitted into this session without having a movement screen. Fundamentals will teach you the basic movements that you will need to master before you can move into our Burn circuits. Fundamentals is not just for beginners, though! When new exercises are introduced, form can get sloppy quickly if the movements aren’t taken in steps. Each step is a fundamental movement. The better you can perform the fundamental movements, the better you’ll be able to perform their unpredictable combinations. Simple fact – if you are doing it right, you are going to see the results that you desire. If you are worried that you won’t be able to keep up in a class with people who have been working out, don’t be. Every single exercise at Progress Fitness will challenge your functional strength regardless of whether you are a seasoned athlete or have never worked out. Each movement has a progression focusing on building stability, functional strength, and power.
