My name is Amy and I am the owner of NeverStopMoving365 Lancaster. I am a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Conestoga Valley High School in Lancaster. I teach 9th grade Physical Education, 11th grade Health, and First Aid/CPR to students in grade 10-12. I am also the head advisor of the Ski and Snowboard Club, a member of the Student Assistance Program, and the head coach of the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team at the high school.My hobbies include being active in ways such as running long distances, lifting weights, playing pickleball against her husband, hiking, and skiing! Amy loves traveling to new places, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with her family and friends.
