Richie Biencivenga has a brilliant program of strength training, core, balance and stretching exercises for us older folk that cannot be beat anywhere. His ability to work with the condition of each person's individual body and path of aging is extraordinary. He is also excellent at one on one training with younger people who have specific goals for their bodies. Plus he's a caring and intelligent human being, Less important, but if helps, his rates are very reasonable. A+ all the way.
