This functional training session sculpts your upper body, core, legs and glutes. You will experience a whole new way of incorporating gliding discs, steps with risers, stability balls, kettlebells, cardio barbells and dumbbells to keep your body guessing and getting stronger with every session. Integrating functional movement, this session increases strength, balance, stability, and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life. This session puts the “fun” into functional training!
