Can't make it to a regularly scheduled class time OR rather workout outside of a group setting? Open Class is here for you!   This class time is designed for you to come in and complete the programmed Workout of the Day.   This is not a coach led class. On your own, you have 50 minutes to complete the warm-up, strength/skill and class workout for the day.
