Cancel at any time during this initial 30 days for any reason, without penalty. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, no refunds are permitted. This promotion is valid for use once per person per 24 months. Purchasing more than this limit will result in cancellation. After the initial 30 days regular membership terms and rates apply. You will be given the opportunity to review and approve the Membership Agreement prior to attending your first class.
