Our Strength - Kickboxing FUSION 60 class is a action-packed class that combined strength tranining and conditioning with 5 rounds of kickboxing. This class is a fan-favorite, inspired by member feedback and their individual goals. If you're looking to add LEAN body mass and/or TONE those muscles, this will surely be your favorite as well! No matter what your fitness level is you will certainly be challenged while on our mat. This class has an intense, full body warmup, 2 strength training rounds consisting of 4 strength/conditioning stations, and 5 kickboxing rounds.
