About the Class

Join us for this  combo weight lifting and cardio class.  Great for all fitness levels.  You will be coached through high energy free weight exercises PLUS cardio tracks to pump up your heart rate. 

Special Instructions

Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel (there may be some floor work)!
