Get L.I.I.T. Low Impact Interval Training. 45-minute class is designed for moderately active older adults. “Experience” will focus on increasing flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace with the option of exercising with a chair.
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel
