SPRINT Spin is a 25-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

Special Instructions

Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel
