Class will begin and end with a relaxed meditation (sometimes guided). If you are interested in learning the postures (asanas) of yoga, this is the class for you. Blocks, straps, balance and flow are included in this class. It will also involve stretching and balance practice.
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel (there may be push ups and/or some floor ab work)!
