This class is a combination of core work and glute strengthening. . A special focus class just for your lower body! Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your abdominal, buttock, and thigh muscle groups in this targeted,low-impact workout. The benefits of this class are improved posture, muscle definition, stress reduction and increased whistles as you walk by construction sites !
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel - (there may be push ups and/or some floor ab work)!
