About the Class

A 30 minute to 60 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. Low impact and exercise at your own pace. But be warned - this high energy class will ask you to challenge yourself!  There is an active recovery offered 1/2 way through if 30 minutes is your plan! 

Special Instructions

Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class in order to set up your bike. A towel and water are highly recommended. Please let the instructor know if it is your first time for a spin class AND most important of all HAVE FUN!
