A 45 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. Low impact and exercise at your own pace. But be warned - this high energy class will ask you to challenge yourself! There is an OFF THE BIKE body weight component to this class that provides a full body cardio workout.
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class in order to set up your bike. A mat, towel and water are highly recommended. Please let the instructor know if it is your first time for a spin class AND most important of all HAVE FUN!
