A low impact yoga class all on your mat consisting of breathing and stretching exercises. There is no rush with this class. Excellent for the beginner yoga student, people who suffer from stress, or just those who wish to relax and learn how to quite the mind.
Arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to class time in order to set up for the class. It is highly recommended that you bring water and a towel (there may be push ups and/or some floor ab work)!
