“Step into Shape” with this energetic class designed to bring your heart rate up and down through cardio interval training using the classic “fitness step” a la Jane Fonda! Jackie will create simple and fun patterns that you can follow and build upon with each class. Set to fun music, it will keep the energy high as you improve cardio health, coordination and balance. Cardio conditioning is a cornerstone for longevity, vitality and mental acuity. Come and get your mojo on and “Step into Shape” with Jackie! Class is 45 minutes long. ** Please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated and wear fitness sneakers.
