Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Pilates - Power & Precision. Designed to build explosive strength and refine your body control, this high-energy session will challenge your coordination and push your limits. You’ll move through dynamic exercises on Pilates apparatus, focusing on controlled movements that demand full-body engagement. Due to the flow and intensity of this class, prior Pilates apparatus experience is required. Participants should complete at least five Strength & Length sessions to build the foundation needed to get the most out of Power & Precision.
