Increase your flexibility, range of motion, stabilization, and posture with static and dynamic stretching. Mobility teaches (or re-teaches) the body to move the way it was meant to. This class is ideal for all bodies - either to compliment a workout routine & to help release the body from lack of movement (i.e. sitting at a desk all day). All levels. We will occasionally utilize equipment during this class. If you're attending virtually, please see the recommended household items instead: -Tennis ball (baseball, golf ball, firm wad of socks, can of soup, etc.) -Stretching strap (yoga strap, booty bands, (looped) belt, towel, pillowcase, etc.) -Foam roller (soccer ball, basketball, can of soup, paper plates, towel/pillowcase on hard floor, etc.; depends on use of rolling vs massaging) -Very light resistance, completely optional for every exercise (resistance/therabands, 1-2.5 lbs. weights)
