*Beginner Friendly/All-Level. No previous dance experience is necessary. This class is perfect for newcomers and beginners to Pole Dance Fitness. The Intro to Pole experience will allow each student to develop a strong foundational skill set and the necessary groundwork it takes to develop strength and comfort with the pole. We will begin each class with a strength-based conditioning warm-up. We will cover pole walks, basic spins, basic spin combinations, pirouettes, body rolls, simple transitions, and floorwork. Those ready will be taught the Pole 1 transitions within the content offered.
