Fitness Studio

*Graduation from Intro to Pole is required, or equivalent at
another studio.

This class will work on Intermediate Spins, Various Climbs, and
Basic Inverting with proper form and control. Trick sequencing is
expanded as well as Climbing with floats and flares to add style
and texture. Forearm balancing and handstands are also introduced
at this level. Some of the tricks learned from Climbing and Basic
Inverts are Russian Layback, Rainbow, Stargazer, Cupid, Modified
Cupid, Polorama, Seahorse, and Sad-girl Drop.

private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Dance, as well
as Accessory classes that focus on movement/dance, conditioning,
flexibility, Lyra/Aerial Hoop. Our thoughtful curriculum is

your strength and skills organically. In addition to the
