Yoga for Mobility + Fusion HIIT at Ghost River Brewing Co. South Main Wednesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM Join us for a unique fitness experience every Wednesday evening at Ghost River Brewing Co., combining the mindful movement of yoga with the energizing intensity of HIIT—all in one uplifting hour! We’ll start with a 30-minute All Levels Yoga Flow, connecting breath to movement to improve flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Then, transition seamlessly into Fusion Flow, a 25–30 minute HIIT-style class blending elements of yoga, Pilates, and full-body strength training to build stability, endurance, and a balanced physique. Come for just yoga, stay for both—this class is designed to meet you where you are, with low-impact options and modifications for all fitness levels. Bonus: Class takes place on Ghost River’s awesome outdoor covered patio—so we’re on, rain or shine! Participants 21+ enjoy $2 off their first beer or flight after class. Class cost is $10 or you can use one of your existing class packages to sign up! We will meet a few minutes before class time at Ghost River Brewing Co. 827 South Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. So bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and excitement for fun and we'll see you there! RAIN LOCATION: Rain or Shine, class is on!! Ghost River has amble space on their covered patio for class!
