This is a Level 1 Recreational Mixed Age Aerial Silk Class. Not sure of your Level? Ask the Aerial Director at admin@flyingfitnesstx.com or 806 318-3938 Attire: Yoga-style pants (make sure there are NO ZIPPERS on your pants. It can rip the fabrics). A leotard is encouraged but not a must for L1/2 Hair pulled back No Jewelry- including wedding rings, fit bits, watches, and earrings. (if you have a ring that can not come out, it MUST be covered with tape or something alike, because it can damage and rip the Hammock). No gum No essential oils or lotions before coming to class. This leaves the fabrics oily and can cause people to slip.  Toenails clipped short (can snag the Hammock and create rips and pin holes) Fingernails groomed and well kept (can snag the Hammock and create rips and pin holes) No boby pins (can snag the Hammock and create rips and pin holes) No hair clips or barrettesbobby (can snag the Hammock and create rips and pin holes) Clean feet.  ................................................ *As you walk into the studio you will want to check in at the front desk. There, they will show you where to take off your shoes (by the door) and then where the cubbies are for your belongings. We have a restroom which is next to the cubies. The studio sells water for a $1.
