I'm have several specific health issues that have made working out really difficult for a long time. I decided to start personal training because I need to be in better shape and stronger for my job. ASF has a really great facility, with very high quality equipment and friendly people. Matt W. is so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable.

Our new studio at 4912 Burnet, located just north of 49th st, is
the heart of Austin Simply Fit.
This location features over 4000 sq ft of training space and has
all of the high end equipment you could ever want, including 6
competition racks, an indoor turf area and a team of 15 amazing
trainers and coaches. All with one unifying mission: To strengthen
and empower you to reach your health and fitness goals! This
flagship locaiton also serves as our main event space, where we
host several community events each year.
