About the Class

Description: This class aims to improve mobility in the spine, hips, lower body, and shoulder for aerialists or anyone. Students will work both passive and active flexibility exercises, and incorporate PNF stretching techniques in order to increase mobility. Class duration will be one hour. The Beginners Flexibility Training Class will empower you to unlock your body's potential and move with grace and ease. <strong></strong>

Pre-requisites: No prior experience required, but participants should be in good physical health and comfortable with moderate physical activity.
